Birthed in Harlem, NYC; my pursuit for higher education brought me to my home in Albany, NY. Preferred pronouns are She/Her. I am a powerful, nurturing, multi-dimensional Black women creative. Along with wire jewelry making I am a LMSW, a therapist providing virtual healing with a passion for Black Mental Health and being a Doula .
I started finding deep pleasure in crafting jewelry in 2018. My need for a healing hobby came after loss and life changes. My Grandmother, Theresa called to me through stones and I was in enough grief that stillness was my only option. With stillness came listening. I've been moved to explore, learn, wrap and share Earths natural healing tools since.
I have hosted Crystal Conversations and creative healing wire wrap classes with many people in my community w Miracle on Craig St. , Young Futures Inc, University at Albany, The African American Cultural Center and Root3d Healing. Crystals and minerals have helped myself and many others work with grief, anxiety, depression, and all other intense emotions. My creative healing wire wrap classes bring families to bonding with one another and natures gems. Communities come together to heal and co-create spaces for creativity, grief, self love and so much more.
